Hoopes Vision Atlas
Making eye education more visual.
An interactive demo that helps patients explore eye anatomy and conditions at their own pace.

Overview
At Hoopes Vision, patients often asked the same questions about how the eye works and how different conditions affect it. They needed a more visual way to understand those explanations. I helped plan and build Hoopes Vision Atlas to give patients a way to explore these questions at their own pace.
A clearer way to learn
The idea was an interactive experience that could work on an iPad in the clinic and remain useful at home. Patients could explore the parts of the eye, see how they relate to one another, and learn about conditions without having to work through dense medical explanations.
The goal was to make the information easier to approach in smaller steps. Someone could explore what interested them, revisit an explanation, or continue learning after leaving the clinic.

The condition explorer pairs a visual model of the eye with a short explanation.
My contribution
I helped shape the concept and build the demo, using AI-assisted coding during implementation. My focus was on turning a recurring communication problem into a practical tool that patients could explore for themselves.
Education with a next step
Patient education was the main purpose. Atlas was also intended to support lead generation and re-engagement with Hoopes Vision when someone was ready to ask more questions or discuss their options. The aim was to provide useful, understandable information and make it easier to continue the conversation with the practice.
